Maria Reggiani – Partner-Counselor

Organizational Psychology specialist (PUC/MG), postgraduate in Group Dynamics. Founded Reggiani Hunting in 1991 based on her experience as headhunter and her performances in Executive Search for Brazilian and multinational companies of several sectors. Since then, she has transformed the company into one of the most respected in the sector in Minas Gerais, working with the Human Resources areas, conducting recruitment processes – especially at the executive level – and coordinating projects for the development of managers and high performance teams.

Paulo Trajano Coutinho – Partner-Counselor

MBA – Master of Administration/HR (FPL-MG) stricto sensu, postgraduate in Economic Engineering (FDC) and graduate in Mechanical Engineering (UFMG), brought to Reggiani hunting his experience built up during several years working as director of administration, systems, HR, maintenance, marketing and franchising in multinational organizations. In hunting projects, he stands out in the areas of engineering, commercial, industrial and IT. Besides Portuguese, his native language, Paulo communicates fluently in English, French, Italian and Spanish.

Márcia Reggiani – CEO

Márcia has a degree in Business Administration and Accounting Sciences, with a postgraduate degree in Management Accounting from the Catholic Institute of Minas Gerais and an extension in Controllership from IBMEC. Consolidated experience in the Planning and Control area, in a large multinational, where she worked in the preparation of the Annual Budget, Budget Monitoring and analysis of its variations, piloting the Indirect Expense Budgeting process and its consolidation through the SAP R/3 system. At Reggiani Hunting, since 2008, she directed the administrative and financial areas, also responsible for the implementation, maintenance and operationalization of SAP BUSINESS ONE and ISO 9001/2008. In recent years, she has been responsible for commercial and customer service relationships, as well as acting directly in Executive Search processes. Since the beginning of 2021, she took over, after experiencing External Family Succession and Corporate Governance Consulting, assumed the position of CEO of the company.

Giselle Brighenti – Head de Operations

Giselle is graduated in Psychology from the Federal University of São João Del Rei with a postgraduate degree in Strategic Business Management from FUMEC and training as an Organizational Designer from Ornellas Consultoria/SP. Experienced in the domestic market, she has a career in R & S for Technical and Executive positions, as well as acting in Outplacement: guidance and monitoring in career repositioning processes. She carried out the startup of operations at the MG unit for Consultoria MARIACA | STATO, where she led projects in the areas of Career Transition, Assessment and R&S. She has expertise in psychological tests, inventories and tools for Assessment (Quantum Methodology Analyst).

Andrea Bacci – Business Development

Graduated in Psychology and in Career Consulting at FIA Business School. Certified by HOGAN Assessment, in Behavioral Analysis DISC and in Leadership, Coaching, Mentoring & Holomentoring – ISOR System by Instituto Holos. Speaks fluent English, with international experience in Australia. With over 16 years in the Human Resources area, she has already worked for companies such as IMS Health (IQVIA), Porto Seguro and BM & F Bovespa (B3), in addition to important Executive Search consultants. Andrea has strong experience in hiring C-Level Executives, directors and management level, as well as hundreds of highly complex specialist profiles. After joint jobs in Executive Search as from 2019, in 2021, she joined the company on a permanent basis, as Partner responsible for the Development of New Businesses, in addition to continuing to work as Headhunter, based in São Paulo.
