Organizational Psychology specialist (PUC/MG), postgraduate in Group Dynamics. Founded Reggiani Hunting in 1991 based on her experience as headhunter for Brazilian and multinational companies. Developing her own methodologies and strong working ethics, has conducted thousands of hunting processes – especially at the executive level – and has coordinated projects for the managerial and high performance teams in close relationship with human resources professionals. Maria Reggiani has lead the company to be one of the most respected in the sector in Minas Gerais State.
Paulo Trajano Coutinho – Founding Partner
MBA in Administration/HR (FPL-MG), postgraduate in Economic Engineering (FDC) and graduate in Mechanical Engineering (UFMG). After several years working as director of administration, systems, HR, maintenance, marketing and franchising in multinational organizations, Paulo brought his experience to Reggiani Hunting and helped to consolidate structural, finance, commercial and IT processes. He speaks Portuguese, English, French, Italian and Spanish.
Márcia Reggiani Almeida – Executive Director
Graduated in Business Administration and Accounting Sciences, postgraduate in Management Accounting (PUC/MG) and Finance Controller (IBMEC/MG). After a consolidated experience in Planning and Control in a large multinational, she joined Reggiani Hunting and today manages the administrative and financial areas, being responsible for SAP BUSINESS ONE and ISO 9001:2008 in the company. She also structured and now runs the Trainee Program service offered by the company.
Débora Camilo de Souza – Special Projects Consultant
Graduated in Psychology (PUC/MG), postgraduate in Administration and Marketing, MBA/HR, focused on Internal Consultancy, Coach by the Brazilian Society of Coaching/2015, certified in Change Management by PROSCI / 2015. Brought to Reggiani Hunting her 25 years of experience in Consulting and Human Resources with national and multinational companies in the steel, automotive and service sectors. Responsible for the Career Repositioning service offered by the company.
